HPP assisted Evli fund in its disposal of a real estate company

HPP assisted Evli’s investment fund Erikoissijoitusrahasto Evli Vuokratuotto II in its disposal of the shares in a real estate company to a purchaser managed by NREP.

The target company owns a commercial property in Kauniainen. The approximately 1,500 sqm commercial building located on the property is part of the complex comprising the Grani shopping center.

HPP acted as the legal advisor to the seller in the transaction.
