Klaus Nyblin specializes in pharmaceutical and health care law as well as dispute resolution. He is also an acknowledged expert in protection of trade secrets, electronic communications and privacy law. Klaus heads the Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences and the Corporate Criminal Liability -groups of the office.

Klaus’ work “Riidanratkaisu – Käsikirja yritykselle” (Dispute Resolution – Handbook for a Company, 2012) is an in depth and wide-ranging information package for a company which is a party to a dispute. The book “Työelämän sähköposti” (E-mail in Working life, 3rd edition 2009) is, in turn, recognized as a fundamental work on the protection of privacy in electronic communications. Klaus’ articles on the protection of trade secrets are regularly referred to in case law and his articles on pharmaceutical law have a recognized position in the pharmaceutical industry.
Klaus graduated from the University of Helsinki. He started working at HPP in 1999 and became a partner in 2007.
