Villarreal Daniel

Daniel Villarreal is a member of the Transactions team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and (fund) partnership agreements. Daniel advises clients on a broad spectrum of issues related to contract and companies law.

Daniel has over 10 years of experience with various transactions. He has worked as an in-house counsel for a large institutional investor, where he was responsible for providing legal advice relating to investments into all unlisted asset classes, as well as working as an attorney specializing in M&A in another leading Finnish law firm.
