Stefan Boshkov specialises in mergers and acquisitions as well as equity financing. Stefan advises our clients in both domestic and cross-border transactions. Stefan is also experienced in contract and corporate law as well as corporate advisory.

Stefan has also worked as a group legal counsel for a Finnish company, advising on the legal aspects of the business of the company and giving counsel to the company’s and its subsidiary’s executives. Prior to his career as a lawyer, Stefan has gained extensive experience in various positions in the public sector.
